Hi, my name is Ali Farshchian Before becoming a full time real estate agent, I was a social worker working in the greater Toronto Area where I roamed around the city neighborhoods on my scooter, working with people from all walks of life. I received my degree in social work from York University and worked for almost a decade in social work. Moving to the real-estate forum was a natural progression for me; I view it as helping others find happy homes. Both jobs require that you listen to your clients carefully and emphatically so that you are able to see and feel things from your client’s point of view. Both professions also require you to be a reliable ethical expert who is well educated on the most up-to-date knowledge in the field so that a relationship based on trust can be built. I immigrated to Canada alone in my early 20's and was fortunate enough to choose Toronto as mynew home. I fell in love with the city, its mosaic of cultures and the manner in which cultural diversity is embraced here.
