A mother of 3 children and a business owner with a background in management accounting, Neelu has been drawn to Real Estate since arriving in Canada 23 years ago.  She started investing in Real Estate early on and built a successful portfolio of investment properties.  She and her husband bought a bungalow in South Mississauga, severed the lot, built 2 custom homes, and sold one for a record high price. This experience gave her valuable insight into the construction process and also an understanding of the factors that affect the valuation of a property.
