Happy New year ,2021, my frinds. All of us just sailed through 2020, what a year it was? Covid-19 spoiled every one's party. Lot of things happened which no body has ever thought of. Market dynamics in real estate sector  changed which was never foreseen.Low interest rates,work from home,lock downs  to list a few, aided the buyers and sellers to reorient and readjust their goals. we are not completely out of the crisis and now stepped into a new year with lots of hope that this year will different. The experiences of 2020 have made us tough to make our lives better and stronger. I remember" Tough times do not last, but tough people do".
