I’ve recently sold luxury estates to clients from Seattle, Texas, California, New York, China, Russia, South Asia and Australia. I have an extensive online presence and my affiliation with Century 21 (the most globally recognized name in real estate and an International global presence) increases the potential buyer pool for her home and condo sellers.
The Experience of Working with Developers
Kate has the experience, education, and training that allows her to have access to VIP openings which in turn allows her clients to have first choice at Toronto Preconstruction Investments that most agents don't get the opportunity to sell. This can save you thousands in cash, provide you with extended deposit structures, offer bonus upgrades, lowered assignment fees and closing costs, that are only offered to VIPs in the sales stage before general broker openings. Kate also knows how, and what to negotiate with developers on, in order to always provide a better "package deal" than dealing directly with the sales office staff who work only on behalf of the developer. Sales staff in the sales offices are not allowed to offer more but are preapproved to meet certain demands. Kate's knowledge and experience with the preconstruction purchase and sale agreement (which is vastly different than the resale agreement) allows her clients to put their minds at ease, as their negotiations and transactions move smoothly toward closing. * Please note that registering with the sales office directly waves your right to have your representation paid for by the developer.. they also do not provide discounts for coming in without representation as this would alienate realtors from bringing in prequalified clients which is most developers main source for closed transactions.
