Manager: Lynn Moreira
As an active and successful entrepreneur for many years, Lynn Moreira found herself searching for more ways to invest her money in herself. Considering her own personal interests in real estate, Lynn attained her Salesperson registration in 2009 and immediately began trading in real estate in the GTA for friends and family.
As a devotee to her young family, Lynn sought to move to a more balanced work-life and joined the staff at Right at Home Realty in 2016 as branch administrator, bringing organization and energy to help build and develop the Burlington Branch Support Team. In assisting with training and event coordination at the branch, Lynn quickly rose to senior branch administration in 2017. With determination, Lynn furthered herself in attaining her Broker designation in 2020 and was promoted to Assistant Manager of the Burlington Branch that same year.
Lynn successfully attained her real estate professional accreditation as a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager in 2021. In unison with the constant state of evolution and change in the real estate industry, Lynn strives to stay ahead of the information and knowledge curve of her profession. She remains a believer that one must also share this knowledge and support her agents to her utmost abilities.

Andrew is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in strategic roles across multiple industries over the past 25 years. His passion for operational excellence and team development has been a driving force throughout his career.
Over the past eight years as a Realtor and Broker, in addition to building a real estate practice, Andrew has actively hosted workshops, sharing insights on business development to help fellow agents grow their businesses. Beyond real estate, Andrew is deeply involved in local business networks, where he collaborates with entrepreneurs and professionals across various industries. His commitment to fostering collaboration and professional development has made him a trusted mentor to many.
As a member of the Right at Home Realty management team, Andrew brings an energetic focus on driving growth, nurturing talent, adopting leading technology, and ensuring that the team continues to deliver exceptional service experiences to our clients.
