Since our founding in 2004, Right at Home has continued to grow. When we first opened our doors, it had a unique business model for the Canadian real estate industry. From our beginning, with just a few agents and one office, we have grown to become Canada’s largest independent real estate brokerage with close to 6,000 agents and 10 branch offices across Ontario. With recently opened offices in Barrie and the nation’s capital, Ottawa.

As of 2023, we celebrate being the #1 brokerage in the GTA* for the 10th straight year. This would not be possible without our amazing agents and staff working hard at our offices. Together we’ve achieved approximately 29,000 transactions annually and a remarkable $14 billion in total sales volume, the greatest out of the 1,809 total firms in the GTA, with some offices ranking in the top 1% of over 2,500 offices. Our Toronto Central, Mississauga, and Richmond Hill offices were among the top-performing offices and have been for numerous years.
Charitable Partners
We’re proud to support and help grow our local communities through our valued charitable partnerships. We enthusiastically support Habitat for Humanity, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and Capes for Kids, CTV Toy Mountain, and Ottawa Network For Education.
With Habitat for Humanity, our agents and staff throughout Ontario donate to help families in need of a decent home to live in, as well as volunteer on build days that construct homes for each family in need. As of today, our agents have been able to donate close to $1 million dollars and have participated in countless builds since 2004.
Capes for Kids and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is focused on creating a world where all youth and children belong. They help over 8,500 kids and youths with disabilities and complex medical needs access care that focuses on their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We look forward to participating in the Capes for Kids campaign through the power of donation as well as helping grow awareness of the cause.
Ottawa Network For Education is one of our newer charitable partners since the opening of our new Ottawa office in 2019. The goal of ONFE is to harness the resources of the community of Ottawa to equip local youth with all the skills and tools necessary to thrive in post-secondary studies and build long-lasting careers. at Home is proud to support the ONFE organization.
CTV Toy Mountain Drive is a seasonal charity event that takes place during the winter holiday season. The goal of this event is to help provide kids and teenagers with toys and gifts to help families in need with celebrating the holidays. Each year, our corporate headquarters and every one of our branch offices collects toy donations as well as gift cards to donate before the end of December.

In our 19th year of success, we have spent over half our company’s history as the #1 brokerage in the Greater Toronto Area. With the new developments of RealServus the leading proptech investment and management services firm in Canada becoming the parent company of Right at Home, there is a lot to be excited about.
