Talent Acquisition Manager
To advance our recruitment and retention goals, we are pleased to announce that Angela Paonessa is promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager. Angela will lead our real estate agent talent acquisition efforts and recruit high-performing teams. She will work closely with our branch leadership and operations team to optimize and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract real estate agent talent across all branches. Angela will apply her exceptional skills of building strong relationships, promoting a positive, inclusive atmosphere, and instilling a strong culture of teamwork.

Vaughan Branch Office
With Angela Paonessa accepting a new role, the Vaughan branch office is excited to welcome Paulo Simoes, from the Newmarket office. Paulo has been with Right at Home Realty since 2020 managing the Newmarket office. He brings years of managerial experience and extensive experience as a broker and real estate agent for over 10 years. Paulo is excited about this new opportunity in Vaughan to help Right at Home agents grow and improve their business.

Newmarket Branch Office
With the move of Paulo to the Vaughan office, Julia Geller will be moving to the Newmarket branch office. Julia has been our Branch Manager at our Mississauga branch office for many years, bringing her 30 years of experience in the real estate and finance industries. Julia has done a phenomenal job of managing one of our largest offices in the company with over 1,000 agents and has been a great mentor and advisor to Manager, Liant Torres. Julia built countless relationships at the Mississauga office and will miss the team. She looks forward to the new opportunity to grow our team of agents in the Newmarket area.
Mississauga Branch Office
To continue to strengthen the branch leadership team, we are proud to announce Liant Torres is promoted to Mississauga’s new Branch Manager. One of the longest-standing employees, Liant has been with the company for over 13 years starting as a Branch Administrator and working her way up to Manager. Liant displays our core values every day and continually goes above and beyond. The search is underway to hire a second Branch Manager to join Liant.
In the interim, Catherine Johnson, Assistant Manager will join Liant as a second Branch Manager. Together they bring great leadership to the 1,000 agents in our Mississauga branch office.
Barrie Branch Office
We are excited to announce that Robin Lepine is promoted from Assistant Branch Manager to Branch Manager at the Barrie branch office. Robin has done an excellent job bringing in new agents to the branch while helping agents grow their businesses. She is a hard-working, energetic, and motivated person who keeps all agents' best interests at heart.
We know Robin will continue to grow Right at Home to new heights in Barrie.
