Co-Founder, Board Member, Broker
Howard began his career in real estate in 1984 and received his broker’s designation in 1986, after spending several years working in advertising and marketing. During his 20+ year sales career he achieved many awards and recognition for his success.
In 2004, Howard co-founded Right at Home Realty with the late Arthur Bartram and Ronald Peddicord, based on a unique corporate business model of real estate. Howard continues to serve on the RAHR Board of Directors.
President and Broker of Record
Mr. Lusink is President and Broker of Record at Right at Home Realty Inc. He has more than 34 years of experience in the real estate industry. John's background includes an award-winning commercial real estate sales career, management of corporate offices for one of Canada’s iconic real estate brands as well as ownership of a major residential real estate franchise. He is an active participant in organized real estate both as a past Director on The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) for six years and, most recently, as the Commercial Director on the 2018 OREA Board of Directors. While at TREB, he served as the chairman of the Government Relations Committee for two years and was most recently Chair of the Finance Committee.
EVA M. LIU
Vice President, Brokerage Services
Eva entered the real estate industry 18 years ago starting as an accountant with Exit Realty. She obtained her real estate license shortly after and her broker designation in 2008. She is one of the original employees of Right at Home Realty.
Eva has a strong finance and accounting background and supervises both our deal processing and call centre teams. Her focus on systems and implementation ensures all transactions are processed efficiently and seamlessly. She also has expertise working with new technologies and she helps the company remain a competitive industry leader.
Vice President, Legal Compliance and Business Development
Craig is an experienced corporate commercial lawyer who previously amassed over 12 years of experience as corporate counsel for a widely-recognized international real estate franchise organization.
With a proven track record for drafting, negotiating, and facilitating, Craig uses a team-oriented approach to find business solutions. Craig assists members of Right at Home Realty by providing industry-leading support for their real estate businesses and he contributes to the expansion and development of the company as a whole.
Craig graduated from University of New Brunswick Law School in 2002 and received his BBA from Cape Breton University in 1999.
Vice President, Professional Development
Scott’s career has been focused on training, and for the past 20 years, he’s specialized in adult learning and soft skills training. Before entering into real estate, Scott was the manager of training, communications and change management for a major department store retailer with 200 plus stores across Canada.
Scott attained his Realtor® license more than 6 years ago and worked as the director of training for three affiliated real estate companies in both Canada and the USA.
Scott now leads the Right at Home Academy, which provides relevant, high-impact, in-house training to our members.
Vice President, Finance
Sanjeev joined Right at Home as Vice President Finance in 2020 and in his role is responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy and managing the areas of financial reporting, treasury, taxation, and providing financial support and analysis to the business to meet its goals. Sanjeev has previously held senior financial roles in various industries including financial services, technology, manufacturing and distribution. He has had an opportunity to work with high-growth companies listed on the TSX and Nasdaq exchanges as well as with private owner-managed organizations. Sanjeev holds a BBA degree from the University of Toronto and has also received his Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant designation from the Province of Ontario.
Director of Brokerage Operations
Julie joined the company in 2018 as Branch Manager, Durham and quickly distinguished herself by growing the Durham branch and facilitating the expansion into Port Perry.
Her career in real estate spans over 18 years and includes considerable success as a sales person completing over 100 transactions a year for several years, agent training and coaching, ownership and management of a brokerage as well as the role of standard forms specialist at The Ontario Real Estate Association.
In this position, Julie will be responsible for overseeing the operation of all branches with particular emphasis on supporting the branch managers in achieving the strategic growth targets, implementation of best practices for administrative processes and the continued development of RAHR’s culture of success, support and teamwork.
