Bronwyn Smith
CEO of RealServus
Bronwyn Smith is CEO of RealServus which owns Right At Home Realty among other companies.
Before joining RealServus, Bronwyn held leadership roles at top tech companies including Shopify, Ada, and Influitive, where she focused on growth and operational excellence. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, advising global clients on business transformation.

JULIE KEE
Broker of Record
Julie began her real estate career in 2003 and grew a successful business for many years. She has held leadership roles with other brokerages with her focus always concentrated on the growth and development of agents. Julie also worked for the Ontario Real Estate Association as a Standard Forms Specialist before joining Right at Home Realty in 2018.
Since joining Right at Home Realty, she became the Branch Manager of the Durham Branch and quickly grew with the company with a promotion to Director of Brokerage Operations in 2020. In March of this year, she would again be promoted to General Manager, Broker of Record.
SCOTT MACPHERSON

Scott’s career has been focused on training, and for the past 21 years, he’s specialized in adult learning and soft skills training. Before entering into real estate, Scott was the manager of training, communications and change management for a major department store retailer with 200 plus stores across Canada.
Scott attained his Realtor® license more than 8 years ago and worked as the director of training for three affiliated real estate companies in both Canada and the USA.
Scott now leads the Right at Home Academy, which provides relevant, high-impact, in-house training to our members.

Imran brings a wealth of diverse experiences to his role as a Managing Broker. Having lived in six countries, his cultural adaptability is invaluable in the relationship-driven real estate industry.
In 2019, he successfully established and sold a boutique brokerage, driven by his genuine passion for the industry and helping others. Imran eagerly welcomes opportunities to guide and offer fresh perspectives.
