This isn't the house you want. This will take up a lot of weekends tearing out carpet, replacing windows, fixing odds and ends, and time running back and forth to the hardware store. It's not that big, it's actually what is described as "cozy". Kitchen is ok..

and will do for now. Eventually you'll have to pick paint colors, flowers, shrubs and knick knacks to make it your own. There is something redeeming about a separate 11.2ft x 18.11ft garage for bikes, mower, shovels, garden hoses... maybe a car...maybe a motorcycle..
