This session will assist in analysing those statistics, so you have a better idea by area, neighbourhood what type of price trends, buyers and sellers’ market are really happening. This course will assist in understand different market stats and how you can utilize the data when talking to your buyers and sellers.
How to Win at Bidding Wars – Not for the faint of heart
This training session will teach you some unique ways to get the edge up on other buyers in a seller’s market where multiple offers are not unusual.
Nine steps to success (working with the Ninja Nine):
This training session introduces the participant to the concept of working with the Nine steps of the Ninja Selling Installation including: FORD method, Hot and Warm database identification, Personal Mastery. A must-have for new and seasoned agents. Duration: 2 hours
Understanding Your Communication styles and Its Impact on your Clients:
This course helps agents the impact of their communication style on their interaction with their clients. Participants will identify through a Learning Style Inventory their preferred style and how to adapt to their client’s communication style. Duration 2 hours
FINTRAC
This e-learning course is an update to ensure the agent understands the FINTRAC Process when identifying their clients using the FINTRAC Forms. Online
Effective Listing Presentations, how to wow your sellers
This course offers tips and tricks to get the listing when conducting a listing presentation. Includes questions and writing your own script for potential questions you could be asked. Duration: 3 hours
Understanding Multiple offers and Multiple Representation
This course is designed to educate the participants of the proper disclosures of multiple Representation and Multiple offers.
NEW - Open Forum for Everything Realty (O.F.F.E.R)
This forum provides an opportunity for you to ask questions about deals, offers, forms or anything real estate related that you would like to discuss.
Weekly Mangers Sales Meetings
All of our Branch Mangers conduct weekly sales meetings with their sales representatives. These can be attended on-line as well as in person. Agents learn about the latest developments within their markets, branch manager updates and the opportunity to promote their new listings to other RAHR members.
TRREB/ seminars are held regularly in all Branch Offices
Topics include:
Review of MLS Practices, Everyday use of FORMS, Compliance, Benefits of using the Buyer Registry and topical issues happening in the real estate industry.
Outside Experts: regularly conduct seminars on topics such as:
Negotiations, Assignments, Mould Dangers, Compliance with Privacy, Understanding Home Inspections, Builders Agreements, Duties of a Real Estate Agent.
Affiliate Vendors
Right at Home Realty has formed relationships with certain vendors that conduct seminars or lunch and learns in the Branch Offices. In most cases, the vendor(s) offer a discount on their services.
Training Calendar
Right at Home Realty has an extensive training department (Right at Home Academy), that offers regular training in all branch offices, e-learning, and video conferencing.
Sales Representatives have visibility and registration ability to all training sessions that we are currently are offering and are encouraged to sign up for topics of interest to them through the RAHA training calendar.
Currently all meetings are being conducted via video conferencing and when we do return to being able to have in-person sessions, they will be scheduled weekly on a rotation basis through all offices. We will support in-person training with the continuance of video conferencing training sessions going forward.
New courses are offered on a regular basis, based on feedback and interest/suggestions from our Sales Representatives.
Orientation Training - Mandatory for all New and Transfer Agents
Duration: 3 hours
This training course will ensure the agent has the information and processes regarding our systems, intranet, deals processing, call centre process, company history and other pertinent information to continue their career at Right at Home Realty. Includes FORMS, Broker Loading, ShowingTime appointment system and vendors and support services.
Skills Training - Fast Track Program: Building Your Business Right, One Home at a Time:
Total course time: 12 hours in class.
This nine-module course (each module is 1.5 hours in length) is designed to assist the Right at Home Agent to grow their business and achieve personal success. Each Branch is scheduled for two modules at a time (3 hours class time) twice per month. One being a day class and one being a night class for agents who have other employment during the day.

Being an Agent of Change: Professionalism, Etiquette, Netiquette, Self-Awareness, Self Reflection of You and Your Business, Overcoming Speed Bumps.
